 In The Fall of 1998, Brother Rafael Torres from the Beta Chapter Transferred to SUNY Cobleskill and recruited
Tommy Santiago, Miguel Colon, Peter Haterlic, Daniel L. Dysard and Alvin Davis to pledge. In December
 1998 they formed the Delta Chapter At SUNY COBLESKILL
